Climbing training plans
This is the full package. No time to sit back and relax. First, we will assess your physical abilities and evaluate bouldering and/or lead climbing videos for a deep understanding of your climbing skills. Then you’ll get your game plan from us, fully tailored to your current level and goals. We got you covered as long as you want. The only thing we’ll ask from you: go out there, wreck those gyms, have fun and smash your goals.
Climbing video assesment
You got your likes on Insta, and your star is rising. If only your climbing did too… We can help you out with that. Just send some videos over to us and we’ll report in detail what is happening to you. And that’s not all, we will give you some cheat codes and tutorials to step up the bouldering and lead climbing game by yourself
Physical assesment for climbing
Showing off your guns is a well embedded party trick for climbers. But how do they measure against others? And are your fingers really made of steel or is there some ironwork to be done? Do the test immediately and you’ll get your priorities and some fundamental exercises for bouldering and lead climbing. Feel free to come back to us later for a game plan.

FAQ
What’s the point of having a climbing training plan?
A training plan is offering you a well thought, structured and balanced way of exercise planning all in line with reaching your goals. A lack of structure could result in over- or undertraining or misalign with your objectives.
Who is making my training plan?
Every professional coach at Game On! is skilled and trained to provide you a state-of-the-art training plan. We are blessed to work with a former national champion and the coach of the Dutch national team.
Can I defer my training plan when I run into an injury?
Shoot! We sincerely hope you won’t get injured. But if you do, please cease climbing and training immediately and reach out to a medical professional and to us as soon as possible. We can guide you in the right directions.
Depending on the type of injury we will look for a fitting solution on a case-by-case basis.
How do I get the quickest results?
How do I get the quickest results? We have to disappoint you. There is no shortcut in climbing hard or skipping grades quickly. The only things you need to do is to work freaking hard, stick to your plan, and don’t skip rest days. Remember, working hard is fun, and we do our utmost to add fun along the way.
I’m not succeeding to perform a certain exercise correctly. What should I do?
During the session, reconsider your form according to our instructions and video yourself to evaluate. You can ask a fellow climber or Google for help on your form, be open but stay critical. Don’t push when a certain exercise hurts. Exercises can be slightly uncomfortable but should never hurt. After your session you can reach out to us for assistance.
